Personal use:
You MAY alter or resize as long as the item is not distorted in any way.
You MAY NOT alter, recolor, or add to and then claim as your own design.
Do NOT use items for any obscene or illegal works of any kind.

Commercial use:
You may use these items in your projects that you sell, as long as they are in a flattened image.
You MAY NOT resell as a commercial use product unless otherwise stated.
You MAY NOT share or resell kits "AS IS"
You MAY NOT create element packs from my kits.

MAY be sold as commercial products.
Element kits and Clipart:
You MAY use these to create scrapbook kits or candy wrappers that you sell as personal use unless otherwise stated.
